I had an accident and had two messed up feet, among other injuries. I was told that only one wheelchair was available for the whole clinic and was already in use. By the time I got to the second floor clinic I was told I was 5 minutes late for my appointment and Dr. Pieniazek used his "discretion" and would not see me. This is unacceptable to me and I will no longer schedule anything at the South Loop clinic.

The nurse practicioner and medical assistant clearly cared more about their own health than mine. The "I can't afford to get sick" statement made that clear. If that was the attitude you were going to have before hearing why I was there, I wouldn't have went. Will NOT be returning hete. A wasted $250+ to be prescribed over the counter decongestant.

Kelsey Seybold has the absolute worst phone appointment service. Every time you call in for an appointment, or to call when you arrive, be prepared to be on hold for about half an hour.

Dr Slauter is the best doctor one could ever ask for. She is so understanding and makes you feel comfortable and welcome no matter the visit reason. She listens so well and has sympathy for her patients.

My complaint is not with the physicians. I can't seem to get through called 3 times each time I had to hang up as I am at work and can't wait 20 minutes( or longer) speak with someone. The system is very convoluted.
