They installed irrigation system which is what I wanted, BUT: the communication was spotty the follow through was terrible. Some days they would show up, some days not at all and no call to let me know status. I had to text or call multiple times to find out what was going on. They dug the trenches but when it came time to fill the yard back in most of the yard was done terribly. I still have clumps of grass sticking up where they did not lay it down correctly. The backflow preventer sticks out from the house almost a foot at an angle, I cant anchor it to the house. When they finally installed everything they did not show me how to run anything, how to adjust sprinklers, how to adjust timer. I had to rewire timer to match the zones how they had installed them. They did not know how to adjust timer because they were not familiar with it, I had to figure out how to adjust timer, how sprinkler heads work. Yes they did have to work with city of Conroe inspectors and that was some of the delay but my yard was still dug up for weeks and I never heard from them what was going on. 3 stars was because I do have sprinklers, but the follow through and the cleanup was terrible. I even had to clean up water bottles and sprinkler debris from them when they were done. Service: Irrigation system repair/maintenance

True Dreams Lawn Service has been helping us maintain our yard and garden needs for a few years now. They are always reliable, dependable, and do high quality work. I have also used them for Christmas light installation, and they have been fantastic.

True Dreams did a fantastic job putting in my mother’s irrigation system. I researched TONS of companies and when I finally found Eddy I knew it was a good fit. He was timely, kept a clean job site and took his time explaining how to properly use the system to my mother. I am very pleased with True Dreams and would highly recommend them to anyone!
