        A family friend referred me to call Luis Hernandez team with Allstate Auto Home insurance for my car and home insurance 2 year ago, and I have been happy ever since. Any phone calls I have made, there is always a real person on the other side to answer questions, no waiting on hold, no phone tree repeating messages. Good customer service. They have also paid back few dollars during this covid19 pandemic months, which shows they have integrity in doing their business to refund money when our cars were not in use. You also can get money back in rewards by being a safe driver using the user friendly mobile drivewise Allstate app. Overall I am happy with Luis Hernandez and his team!! Reviewed in 2020 I think. Updating my review for 2022: Since 2018, I am still with them and his team is great to work with. Ms. Susanna has the sweetest voice on the phone and always takes care of me!!

      I have been an Allstate agent since 2009. I wanted to be able to make a difference in my community and Allstate gives me the opportunity to do that. I love representing a good company and being able to support my family. The great thing about the community in Conroe is that there are many hard-working people here.
