Wood Insurance Group

Worst ins I have ever carried. I CARRY AN ACCIDENT FOR THE NEXT 7 YEARS THAT WAS NOT MY FAULT BECAUSE THEY DONT DO THEIR WORK. Did not represent me at all after I was side swiped. I was told we had to go to arbitration. I waited 5 months Sept to Feb, driving around with a busted up car, I emailed 4 times asking when, when when.. then she tells me oh were waiting for you to get your car fixed 1st you have to pay your deductible, "never been in an accident so i was waiting for instructions" so I did. And even after getting it fixed "I told her everything everyday and kept her updated" another 4 months passes and she still hasn't filed for arbitration. So I had to go above her to her boss and complain. Very long story short because so much time had passed the arbitrator decided it was filed late and the stories were conflicting and found neither party at fault. If it had been filed in a timely manner he would have considered spending more time on the case to dig deeper but it wasn't worth his time considering the age of the case. In the end I had to pay for my repairs and my insurance has gone up for the next 7yrs with an accident on my driving record and I am NOT THE ONE AT FAULT.

The young lady who handles my insurance is always very sweet and understanding. Takes time out of her day to help me solve any issues I may have or answer any questions i need. I have had Alexa Couch as my agent for over a few months now and she is very professional and gets back to me in a timely manner.

WOW! Like night and day between our old auto/home insurance agent and The Wood Group. I was unable to contact via email or phone with my previous Allstate Insurance agent about some updates, changes and corrections needed. I was forwarded to Allstate corporate phone bank and that was a disaster. I contacted The Wood Insurance Group and spoke to Jamie. Jamie listened to what I needed and was able to find further mistakes the previous Allstate agency had made, was able to get those corrected, plus some other policy changes and corrections completed. Jamie also kept in communication, listening and quickly answering my questions via email and phone. Jamie at The Wood Group made the transition from my old Allstate agent to The Wood Group so easy, saved me a ton of grief and aggravation, and most importantly, Jamie, was able to save me money.
