        One of the worst new patient experiences I've been through. Needing knee replacements and Dr. Sims was getting ready to hit my knees with a hammer. Very unprofessional and didn't care to study or listen to my pain problems.

        Don't ever have an accident with ur medicine they dont care and dont accept any more from anyone no matter if you have an infected tooth which causes you more pain and would make you need more in most peoples opinion cause they are very difficult to deal with and not very understanding what so ever

        I called and left messages and sent texts to cancel an appointment. Then I received a "No Show" notice. I also called on days I verified the clinic was open but message said it was closed. And I still have not received a call back on any of my inquiries for cancellation of an appointment
