In 2006 I had a dental exam and cleaning here. I was a healthy 17 year old who took good care of my teeth and had previously had braces. The dentist here told my parents that I needed 2 root canals. Luckily my parents advocated for me and got a second opinion which said that I did NOT need any root canals at all. In the past 14 years since then I have been to at least 6 different dentists due to frequent moves, and all of them have said that I do not need any root canals. These people are crooks.

I used to go  to them but while Dr Serili  was polishing my teeth he slipped with the drill twice.  I didn't know until later that week that my two eye teeth were cracked.  I didn't see it right away or I would have gone right back in to have them to fix it.  Now I'm stuck with  having to get them fixed elsewhere.

We had to get xrays for my daughter and I chose this place. From beginning to end this was NOT a good experience. The office is antiquated the front desk people are rude. Honestly, I have had better treatment at a government hospital in a developing country. I filled out all the forms they checked my insurance. I was told I was covered by my insurance and at the end of the consultation the woman wanted to run my insurance again. I waited 45 minutes for them to see I was covered as they had done when I first arrived. 38 days later I get a bill from them! NEVER GOING BACK

I would not recommend this office to anyone !!! We waited  patiently over a month for a prior authorization to be approved but come to find out after calling several times to check on the status it was NEVER filed with the insurance
