I paid them over $11,000 to fix the transmission on my truck. They didn't fix the truck and said they were tired of working on my truck. They threatened to call the police on me if I didn't leave the premises. Terrible company I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Service sucked took my car in to have timing chain guides replaced and oil changed but in instead they changed my brand new alternator and put a new battery in both of those were already brand new I took it in there and told them what needed to be done apparently they do not have great mechanics I will never go back there nice people but don't listen to the customers if they listen to the customers that actually know what they're talking about they would do the job right instead of something else that you didn't ask for them to do I do not recommend this place.....

Brought the vehicle in to fix a leak and to conduct a full diagnostic for wear and tear. The leaks were fixed but left with a grinding noise. The team was unable to diagnose the issue and later unwilling to take responsibility for pinching vacuum hose with the skid plate during diagnostic or oil change which caused the grinding noise and additional damage to the vehicle. We spent an extra $687 in troubleshooting and still need to replace hub assembly and IWE due to damaged vacuum hose preventing the gears from fully disengaging 4 wheel drive. They are really nice people but just not able to do the job properly and take responsibility. I was willing to pay for whatever needed to be repaired because I thought they knew what they were doing. I came back 4 times to give them a chance to find the issue. Ultimately, I feel like we've been taken advantage of. You decide whether you want to risk a he said, she said battle and further damage to your vehicle.

They do not check your car right. They made me change a tail light that didn't have to be changed. Charged me for that . Didn't work .Then took it back and they charged me a lot for one wire they changed. Apart from that they told me my whole radiator had to be changed. Took it to another mechanic and they said it was just the cooling fan. They charged me 3 times less than what they tried to charge me. Do not go here. They are just money hungry folks trying to take advantage of people who don't know about cars. They act friendly to make you feel comfortable. Don't fall for their BS. They will charge you an arm and a leg for anything. Worst place in Conroe. Service: Electrical
