The worst experience ever, we hired them to replace a condensing unit on one of our air-conditioner. They send people out to do the work and installed an new unit. Within hours of the installation a bad leak started in the ceiling and the wall. We called them, one of there employees came looked at it took pictures called his office and told them that the installation was NOT correct. I was promised at that time that they will repair my ceiling and walls This is a very large area and needs sheet- rock repair. We have been patient calling them and them promising "manager " will call us back. That has been weeks ago. I have NEVER written a bad review but now I cant even get them to answer the phone or call me back. I have a feeling we will have to go to court to get this resolved!

Armadillo came out to replace an evaporator under our home warranty. They installed it improperly and it flooded our ceiling. The came out several days later to correct the issue and said the would send someone out to fix the ceiling. Two months later I had to find my own sheetrock repair person. Shoddy work and no follow up. Stay away!!!

This company has been out to my house twice - once in the summer and once in the winter. They were assigned to us through our home warranty company. Both times the technicians were on time and completed the repairs in a timely manner. What I would like to comment on though was the professionalism shown by both technicians. Both technicians were polite and professional. They explained the issues in detail (and in layman's terms) and also gave us advice as to how to improve our HVAC performance. I would highly recommend this company and will continue to use them even when our home warranty is no longer available. Thanks!

Probably the worst experience I have ever had when it comes to A/C problems. Started in 2014 when they set an AM appointment for someone to come out and no one ever showed up until the next day. I lease a house in Sprig and the management company had to call another A/C company to come out. The Tech added Freon to the unit and left. Now we are in July 2015 and the A/C started going out again about 3 -4 weeks ago. They scheduled a Technician to come out between 3 & 5, he showed up about 7:30PM. He said the coil needed to be replaced and then left. It took about a week for the work to be approved by the Insurance company that the owner has on the house. So far I have lost 3 & 1/2 days from work, unpaid. The Technician, a contractor was supposed to be here around 1:00 PM last Friday, so I left work and came home only to have to sit here in a house with the temperature at 96 degrees inside, and 101 degrees outside. The men got here around 4:15 PM+. OK - about 1:30 this morning I woke up soaked in sweat to 86 degrees in my house. A/C blowing hot air. I had to go outside and spend most of the night sitting on the deck with my cat where it was cooler. I tried sleeping, with my ceiling fans on, but all they did was move the hot air. Now they are supposed to be here close to 9:00AM, currently it is 9;30, being told I am first on the list. I guess we will see what happens. So far my experiences with this company are lower than 1 star, but that is the lowest score I can give them. I am sure if they were forced to suffer in this type heat someone would be fired. To bad the owners can't be fired.
