I attended my best friends moms service today. I feel the funeral home was rude and not caring at all. They started packing things up quickly. Everyone had not signed the book or gotten a program. Had to go get the book and hold it for people to sign. And I personally handed out programs to people that didn’t get one. He immediately handed the bill to my best friend instead of waiting or mailing it or giving it to someone else. She is grieving and hurting not appropriate. They seemed so uncaring and unsympathetic. The casket arrived late to the service causing my friend major upset and stress. All the funeral home basically did was sit out 2 small rows of chairs for the family.
