Please be careful who you trust. We as customers can only hope our realtor, broker and lender know what they are doing and trust that they all have your best interest at heart. My experience was terrible, my dreams of a house, gone. I had to really reach out to the sales party to get half of my money back because Smart Realty just turn their backs on me hard to get half of my money back. The worst part is that smart realty is great while you are holding a ticket for the % of the sale, no purchase no Mr. nice guy. Please be very careful.
