I love this store - Liz especially and her whole team! She went out of her way to be helpful at the end of her work day to call more than several stores near Dallas so I wouldn't have to drive all the way back and forth. That is true customer service and in a time where finding good labor is hard, I'm so impressed with y'all. She offered to help and I didn't even ask. So appreciated

The customer service is pretty good, no contacts and I love that they don't throttle your data. But they have network issues sometimes and not the best infrastructure. Best provider and bang for your buck out of the 5 big providers.

Tried to get help with my galaxy watch.
NOT helpful at all.
Tried to sell me on the idea that I cannot go swimming with my galaxy active 2 watch EVEN AFTER I read to him the info on Samsung website.
Complete waste of time.
Going to find another store that cares more about customers than their own opinion.
Wow! it was brutal watching him ignore Samsung's info about their watch that they made and PRFER his own thoughts and opinions.
Why did they hire this guy?
And this is Colleyville! Very dissatisfied.

I visited the T-Mobile store at 4717 Colleyville Blvd. today (Nov 7) and thanks to Mr. Jonte Porter, the newly appointed Store Manager had the worst customer service experience I have ever had. He threatened me and my wife with eviction from the store and finally ended up apologizing to us for his behavior when another customer at the store (who had witnessed his behavior) intervened and told him in no uncertain terms that he was way out of line and he needs to learn how to behave with customers.
In signing me up with T-Mobile (3 lines on the Magenta 55+Plan) on October 31 the T-Mobile associate made a mistake which was going to cost me $1200 if not corrected. I went to the store today to follow up on a "ticket" that the store had written up to correct the problem. Mr. Porter (who joined as the store manager on November 1) told us that he was the only person in a position to resolve the issue but that he could not talk because he was on his lunch break (it was 4:30 pm). He said that we should come back in one hour. He also refused to allow anyone else in the store to help us. Ironically, T-Mobile had charged me $105 for customer support as a part of the sign up process (so that I could experience Jonte Porter's version of "customer service"!).
T-Mobile should assess if Mr. Jonte Porter is fit to be a store manager -- I don't think so. I strongly urge others to think twice before visiting this store, especially if he is still around as the store manager.
