Ashlyn was great during the purchase process but be aware when it comes to honoring the 1 year warranty they absolutely will not cover anything. They will just tell you that it wasnt that way at closing. What exactly is a one year warranty if it doesnt cover anything? All of the other builders in our development honored the warranty. Id buy a MK home, Byron G or Abba River over Ashlyn if I were to buy again.

Working with Ashlyn Homes to build our dream home was a great experience! Vincent, our salesman, Jonathan, the construction manager, and everyone in between worked with us to make sure we had the best possible outcome. The whole Ashlyn team is very professional and they were a pleasure to work with. Im so thankful to have found Vintage Oaks and Ashlyn Homes!

We purchased our home 2 years ago, about 3 months ago we noticed the finish was coming off of all the bricks on the exterior. We contacted Ashlyn and was told that we were out of our warranty. I don't think masonary should deteriorate within two years of moving into a brand new home. Don't thinks it a workmanship issue, more of the materials they used on the exterior of the house. So now I have to try to figure out how to fix it. Thanks Ashlyn for nothing!

Ashlyn Homes built our home this year and the process couldnt have been smoother. This was our first time to build a home and we were nervous due to the many horror stories out there. But every single person we spoke with at Ashlyn Homes was there to answer every question, ease every concern and most of all support us during this exciting time. They built us literally our dream home. Every detail was above and beyond. We are grateful for this amazing company and more importantly, the people within this amazing company.
