My FIVE star experiences span decades of visiting this store! BTW, ran across a web-statement they also accept FedEx drop-offs = Nooooo WRONG next closets drop is Walgreens

Moved out of town, ordered from eBay where it automatically set shipping destination to my old address. Contacts eBay seller, said I needed to contact UPS about forwarding. I contacted a couple weeks ago and they said they couldn’t do anything until there are failed delivery attempts to my already moved out address. This concerned me because someone could receive my motherboard and easily resell it to make money. I called TODAY and told the employee that after speaking to a previous employee and being told I could call the store and change the delivery address after a failed delivery attempt… well, when I asked the employee to forward it they HUNG UP ON ME? Unprofessional… doesn’t help at all.
