Bouncers are super unwelcoming. I have witnessed so many altercations with the bouncers and customers even female customers. I've seen these bouncers throw girls around to get them out while the girl is obviously distraught. I have first hand been kicked out because I did not tip my bartender enough when while she was making our drinks poured a splash of alcohol in and that was it. Worst service I've ever experienced. I will never offer my presence to an establishment that disrespects its customers so badly. I've seen/heard of many people having the same experience as me. THIS PLACE SUCKS DO NOT WASTE TIME HERE!!!!!!!

Unwelcoming experience! In this age of tolerance and customer care, it's very rude and racist for basil's to not accept my 5 forms of ID including a international drivers license! I tried telling them I forgot my Texas DL at home, but em scumbags didn't even bother to listen! It's funny how my name is Basil and I couldn't even get in to Basil's! Bouncers should be checking for legal age and aggressive behavior and not your skin color and the place of birth! Basil's security > homeland security!
