        Dont Get insurance with these people they Slow to respond rarely answers the phone dont put what you need done first. Act like they so busy when clients are waiting months for coverage needs to be shut down

        Called Jones and associates with a referral from my realtor looking for home owners insurance. Everything was easy and the process was explained well. After a few days I was given multiple quotes that all had my best interest in mind. Each quote was talked over and coverage were broken down so I could understand. After my experience I highly recommend using Jones and associates. My friends and family will certainly get referred here.

        We have been clients of this firm for a while. Once the owner retired it has completely gone downhill. Jeremy Cunningham is THE ABSOLUTE WORST. We submitted a request for a policy renewal 8/6. Didnt get a response until 8/13. Its 8/20 and we still dont have a policy. He doesnt care about his clients. Never answers the phone nor returns calls and takes over 24hours to respond with short replies that reflect his attitude towards his job. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND doing business with them. Last year when we tried to renew same issues.
