        Stopped for an overnighter due to a long drive and these guys showed me some Texas hospitality I appreciate it and will make this place my go to when I am passing through the area again Noteworthy details: Super level of customer service

        Musty smell in the room. No place to hang clothes, door barely closed and there was a gap between door and frame. Critters can get in a very noisy. Just very disappointed after spending this kind of money. Just felt unclean. Update, I was in room 109 Saturday night. How I ended up in a disability room is unknown

        I accidentally booked an accessible room which I did not enjoy. I think the traditional rooms wouldve been better. The handicap bathroom shower has no way to retain water so water floods the entire bathroom. Theres no shelf or absolutely anything to hang stuff or set anything down in the bathroom. The sink was outside the bathroom too which was annoying. Also I guess they have a problem with stealing because this sign was in the room

      I do apologize for the misunderstanding, however our Housekeeper did stop by your room and only towels were requested. If room service was requested past our Housekeepers ours we will be happy to provide you with extra toiletries and towels , but we are not able to provide you with a full room service since our housekeeping staff it’s gone for the day

      Good, evening After reviewing our system we are unable to find your name in any of our reservations. I would like to take the time to address that every room is equipped with hanging clothes rod which its located as soon as you enter the rooms. On this rod you are able to find hangers with and without clips. If you stayed in our bigger rooms like the suites they have their own built in closet in the bedroom area.
