For the first time in my life I had rats. So I set up traps and after catching 2 I decided to get a professional. I was afraid I had an infestation. I’m always skeptical of using any service company for anything! I hate dealing with the scams and pressure of contracts. That being said I was pleasantly surprised with who I’m assuming was Ken (I’m horrible with names). He came to my house the same day I called at the exact time he said he would. He was very nice and best of all very honest. He walked the house with me and pointed out some probable places of entry. Gave me tips on how to handle the my new rat problem. Told me that they had more than likely came in through the front (due to me keeping it open all the time). At the end of his visit he told me that I was already doing everything he would do and handed me some sticky traps. We broke out into a small conversation that ended with a warm goodbye. He didn’t charge me a penny. He didn’t try to pressure me into a contract. He didn’t try to sell me something. Just an honest man with an honest business. It’s places like this that deserve our business so don’t hesitate, this is the pest control you want to use! Also I have no more rats. Turns out I only had 2 rats and I caught them both before I even called Pest control.
