Miss Karen was great!!! She wasn't sure if she could get the therapeutic phlebotmy needle in my arm with my shallow veins and being so close to a tendon. She did awesome!!!!! I was comfortable laying on my couch. She was just great. My second only successful draw in 6 years. Can't wait to see her again in 2 weeks

This lady was extremely unprofessional and mean. I had her come to my house to draw my daughter's blood. I had two orders. One from her pediatrician and one for a very important study we needed blood drawn for. She came to my house, drew blood for my daughter. I got a call from my daughter's pediatrician a day later and asking me if I had gotten the blood drawn for my daughter because she did not see the order in the system through labcorp. I called Karen, the owner to see if she had run into any issues. She completely attacked me via text message. She was extremely offended that I even asked and she sent me multiple text over the course of a week that were offensive and extremely unprofessional just because I asked her if she did her job. She said she had been doing this job for 20 years and I as a customer should not micromanage people and let them do their job. She berated me over the course of a week via text message and offended me on multiple occasions. On a side note, my daughter has ASD and was extremely nervous and anxious about getting her blood drawn. The other order was more consisted of more complicated tests and I needed to wait about two weeks to know the results. After 3 weeks of no results, I called the lab and I come to find out they never received the order she had supposedly delivered and now I am forced to have to repeat the blood draw for my daughter. This was my first time using her services and would not EVER recommend anyone go through what I am going through.. She either lost the orders, never delivered them, or she got the paperwork confused...

Karen was promptly on time and extremely friendly. Prices were very fair (compared to other services in the area). My experience was quick and painless for the a 10 panel screening. I wouldn't hesitate to use Angel Mobile Health Services again or recommend it to anyone. If you need great service at a great price in the DFW area please look no further!

Karen and I had spoken before our appointment, she answered alot of questions that I had. She was very polite and friendly in the phone. We had our appointment today, Karen showed up on time, was very friendly and professional!! Great price for home lab draw. I will definitely use her services again and I highly recommend her. You can even book your appointment online! Thank you for the help Karen!!
