        Fred and his team were very responsive installing new tankless water heaters that broke during the big snow storm. I called and VM was full but he text back and then called. Set me up for install the next day. Glad to have hot water again. He was referred to me by a friend who is a contractor. Glad I have a plumber I can depend on now.

        Their truck right next to Salvation Army off of I-35 and 45 nearly running me off the road as they cut through Salvation Army.

        Called him, he answered (sounding a bit annoyed like he was in the middle of something), told me to text him to get on his schedule, and then he ghosted me. His voice Mailbox is full so if he doesn’t answer the only thing you can do is text, which he doesn’t seem to answer. Tried pretty hard to give him my money. He should hire a secretary to man the phone or something.
