We worked with Kyle to have a bunch of trees trimmed at a local non-profit. He walked the facilities with me, talked about the work needing to be done and why, worked within our budget, and even threw in extra when we needed it. Absolutely great service. Definitely will continue to use Rooted In Texas whenever we need anything.

We've used Kyle for a couple years now to manage the trees on our lot. He's always been prompt and responsive, and has done a fantastic job getting the results we wanted.

After the hard freeze last year a lot of trees around town are dying. I talked to five different arborists and they all took one look at my pictures and said my tree was dying. They didn’t even want to have a conversation about the fact that it was putting out green leaves in the canopy. Rooted In Texas took the time to study the pictures and did not assume the tree was a goner. He laid out multiple scenarios for what we could do depending on how the tree looks when he was able to see it on site. Not only were his scenarios reasonably priced, but once he was on site he determined the tree was in good shape and really just needed pruning and some Dillo dirt. He could’ve told me I needed a root injector, (one of the scenarios), and/or multiple trims with extensive canopy reduction. Instead, I feel he was just honest about the shape of my tree and charged me the least expensive job to get it in shape. That’s integrity. You don’t get to see that all the time these days… especially because companies like his are in very high demand right now from that storm. Highly recommend! Service: Tree trimming and pruning

*This review is based on professionalism* I was in need of professional opinion regarding a tree in my backyard. The winter storm in early 2021 that hit Austin took a toll on my immature trees and I was concerned that one tree was dead at the top and needed to be cut down a bit. I reached out to Rooted in TX Tree Care and Kyle, Owner, responded within 24 hours via email and text. Kyle provided me with a consultation over the phone after submitting pictures. Kyle gave me honest and fair feedback. He wasn’t pushy nor did he jump to saying they that tree needed to come down for the sake of getting immediate business. We decided to give the tree a few months to see how it would do come spring 2022 and make a decision at that time. While I cannot speak to the work given my circumstance, I can say that I was impressed by the communication and professionalism and will be using Rooting in TX later this year to trim my Crape Murtle trees. I will sure give an updated review regarding service at that time. Thanks, Kyle!
