Secret Simple Computer Repair

Shane is a very knowledgeable guy and a skilled repairman. Even though he's young, he's been repairing computers for many years. He knows both Macs and PCs inside out, he responds to queries quickly, he'll come to you or help you over the phone as appropriate, and he's very open in telling you information about his procedures, as well as about software, hardware, and the manufacturers thereof. And he's not expensive. I will definitely call him first for future computer issues.

I know Shane through the marketing group (IMP) that I've been attending for years. I've only ever heard the best things about his work, so when it came time to get my mac laptop fixed, I of course contacted Shane. He was super responsive, super informative, and super easy to work with. Only having one computer (and still needing to work), Shane agreed to make time to work over the weekend to get my laptop back up to speed. He really went out of his way to ensure I understand the ins and outs of what needed healing on my laptop, and made the whole process super easy and super wonderful. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

I was having trouble with my computer freezing randomly. I tried everything I could think of over the course of 6 months to fix it; I replaced parts, I reinstalled windows, I updated the drivers, but nothing worked. Finally I called these guys and they came and fixed it. It's been 3 months since then and my computer hasn't frozen once. Thanks Shane!

Shane was has helped me out more than once. He helped fix my Mac laptop and then he helped with my mom's iMac. He is quick, super informative, and very affordable. I cannot recommend him enough.
