I had an outstanding experience at SimplyMac in Cedar Hill. The service was prompt and courteous and the staff member who assisted me was exceptional! Key was not only knowledgeable but also warm and welcoming as well as understanding. I’m not an techy but Key is and I’m very grateful for the experience! I would highly recommend SimplyMac in Cedat Hill, Texas. Thank you Key!

Nobody ever answers the phone which is hard to understand when there can be 5 workers and maybe 3 customers just looking around. People don't be in there like that for y'all not to answer the phone.

I went to buy the new apple MacBook Pro in CASH with my father. They had 4 employees in the store and 3 customers. But only one customer was serviced. The employee knew we wanted to buy the new MacBook Pro yet it took an hour and a half to buy one. And we weren’t even trying to finance it !!!!!! My dad had to tell the guy to hurry. When he was ready for us to buy it took less than 3 minutes For him to bring it out back and purchase it. That really upset my dad and me. My dad wanted to buy a iMac but he said he’ll never do it here because service was EXTREMELY SLOW for their to be 4 employees inside.

Went in to take advantage of the Father’s Day sale. The email said I’d received a number of items if I purchased a qualifying MacBook. Basically the associate told me that the email was totally true and I had to pay for $400 for something the was included in the bundle in the email. I left and went to Best Buy. I unsubscribe my email and vow to never return again. Horrible experience.
