I've had bad experiences here. I first came to get my covid vaccine and I had ended up waiting an entire hour before I was even seen. The pharmacist was very confused about his job and he was the only one in the entire pharmacy with a drive thru full of people and a long line in the lobby. My second time calling them, the male pharmacist picked up the phone and said, "please hold," and just set the phone down. I was able to hear another patients information and that's a big HIPA violation. Then he told me I had to give him my card number over the phone for delivery. I thought it was weird but I did it. The next day the manager called me and told me he wasn't allowed to do that and my prescription hasn't been mailed yet and I have to manually go online and add my card. I did. The next day I got a text message to add a card to my profile. I already had my card on my profile. They still haven't shipped my meds. It's been 3 days now. I had to go in and manually click ship my meds, when I thought this was taken care of over the phone. The male pharmacist is very incompetent and very unprofessional.

I will go out of my way to visit this location for various tangibles. The reason I do that is because you can always rely on a solid interaction and good laugh from Steve, he is always here. Neat guy, veteran CVS employee, and takes pride in his job. Mika and Steve were there today and were both on point as always. Thx guys! Have a good weekend.

If you are picking up a prescription be prepared to wait. Went there yesterday and they told me they were behind on orders and I would have to wait an hour. I told them we'd pick it up tomorrow and they said it would be ready. Now my wife is there today waiting another 30 minutes for them to fill the prescription.

Pharmacy here is just the absolute worst. Went to get a vaccine as a walk in early afternoon and the pharmacist gave an attitude and told me to come back after 3 or later after waiting for a half hour with no people in front of me. I went back when he said and got denied the vaccine again when he told me no walk ins after a certain hour.

My experience w/ covid testing and CVS in general are quite unusual and maybe isolated incidences.
I didnt experience horrible customer service per se as the staff were never rude to me but in the end it would fall under misinformation which is bad customer service.
The first time i went and got the pcr test the wait was agonizing, literally 1 hour wait but it is what it is. What can you do? Im sure the people are working as fast as possible considering their pay to responsibility ratio.
My most recent experience on the friday oct 15th 4:00 appointment went well. Nothing was going wrong until the person at the window said your labs are closed on the weekends.
I thought this was strange as most people probably plan their trips around weekends.
I didnt recall the last time that labs are closed on weekends for pcr tests but was advised that i could take a rapid test which my country doesnt authorize.
At this point i had several options, none of which i wanted to take.
I ended up changing my flight back home and rescheduling for another covid test even after i told the individual that i was flying out on sun oct 17th.
This lady went as far as saying that the test that i took on friday oct 15th would be given to me on wed oct 20th.
BASED ON THIS WOMANS ADVICE I rebooked my trip back home and scheduled for another covid test as this one would be expired. After i rescheduled everything and had a very awkward conversation with my manager i get my test results on the sat before my original flight was leaving.
Im not saying my country shouldnt accept rapid testing but this is very important information. I missed out on 3 days of work (unpaid) and had to take two pcr tests.
Like cmon who is running this place? How is there no liability making sure your nurses/pharmacists are giving correct information?
