Horrible hospital and ER. They wouldn't even turn the parking lights on after I was released from the ER. I drove myself to Lew,isville where I received great care and admitted for heart issues.

I brought my nephew here after he had two unsuccessful trips to Presbyterian Plano. We were really impressed with the care. My nephew had not been able to keep food down for a couple of weeks. He was left waiting a month for a colonoscopy appointment to get any information, let alone relief. The PA in the ER made a call (on a Sunday) and we were able to get into see Dr Syed Hasan, nearby, the next day. Because my nephew hadn't been eating he was able to get a colonoscopy on Tuesday morning. Dr. Hasan has been amazing. We are so grateful for the help. I just wish I had the PA's name to give him a shout out.

Rejoy was my t therapist. He was great. He was very informative and he gave me great tips for doing the exercises at home. I have been to several physical rehab and if I have a choice I will come back here to Carrollton Regional Medical Center Rehab
