Brandy was taking care of us and unfortunately She dropped the ball on getting us moved in ! Once we called and let them know what was going on they got us in the office immediately apologized for the lack of communication, got us moved in. I never saw Brandy again . Maintenance responds very quickly. Its a very peaceful neighborhood. I really love it here so far . Kimmy is such a blessing

The staff has improved, the property is great, and the apartments are wonderful! However, it's an expensive dog kennel. Dogs bark all day and most of the night, residents complain and nothing is done. Pet owners are inconsiderate without penalty. Some residents allow their pets to use staircases and breezeways as poop areas. The trash is not picked up consistently for what is charged they show up OUTSIDE of the hours of 5 and 7, often it is 9 or 10 pm when trash is picked up, and the kind maintenance staff is slowing down with requests. No request is a priority. Something has changed with management again. There is potential for optimal comfort and value as the units are nice! There just has to be some enforcement of rules when it comes to pet owners and residents respecting the fact that they have neighbors. Be aware that miscellaneous fees and charges appear with every complaint and concern. Trash violations in excess, when the property looks like this! Some of the staff behave like they are on a reality tv show as if they are not human and neither are residents.

Great place to rent. Maintenance crews typically keep the outside clean. The corridors could use more frequent cleanings due to the trash valets and leaking bags. Overall the area is good, not far from Addison and the staff was friendly. Overall it's been a good experience
