Use to come here all the time but after receiving two bad haircuts on my fur baby Im not returning. The quality of the hair cuts went down this year. Really disappointing

Where do I start? Ill start with the cut which was TERRIBLE. I have the feeling that because they were short staffed, the owner or some one else who doesnt normally cut dogs cut my dogs hair. I asked for the lion cut and the hair was not blended in at all. He looks like a fool. One paw didnt even get shaved down. My dog had loose hairs everywhere and it was so uneven. People have even asked me if I cut MY OWN dogs hairthats how BAD it looks. My dog was the last appointment somehow yet they called me to rush over because they were closing. BUT he wasnt ready when I arrived and they wanted me to wait in the car. I wonder why??? Now I know why. This place also does not allow you to see or retrieve your dog without paying for the groom. They also went up an extra $10 and didnt bother to tell anyone. When I picked my dog up he was foaming at the mouth and acting avoidant with me. I was so hurt because I think I betrayed his trust by sending him to these people. If they do ever open back up, I would NEVER EVER send my dog back there again.
