Worst place ever , and the front desk lady (mam) is rude to the sky and she tells that she is the owner of this place and no one above her . They put fake charge just for stepping into the hospital even without a doctor visit

absolute worst staff we have ever encountered. receptionist hung up on me for asking about a bill they message my phone every day about. she was rude and I will never go back there again

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! If I could give a negative star, I would. I was referred to Dr. Samuels by my PCP for some sciatic nerve pain issues I was having. Arrived to my appointment with the completed 10 page paperwork that they emailed me. The front desk was ok, but pretty somber and quiet, which I now know why because working with the Doctor has to be very stressful. Dr. Samuels came in the office. She never spoke to me and just started drilling me with questions. As I was attempting to answer the questions (most of which were in the paperwork that I had already completed), she became very rude and disrespectful because I told her that i think I have sciatic nerve pain on my left side, which is what my PCP had stated. She advised me not to tell her what I thought I had and just answer the questions about my symptoms. I told her that her bedside manner was making me quite uncomfortable. She immediately became offended and told me, "WELL IF YOU DONT LIKE IT YOU CAN LEAVE NOW BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT TO WASTE MY TIME". I was in utter shock!! She then stated, " WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO? DO YOU WANT TO LEAVE OR CONTINUE?" I then stated that I dont think that I will come back. She got up and walked out of the room and left me sitting there. I gathered my purse and left her office and immediately contacted my PCP to advise him of my experience. She better not try to bill my insurance because I will definitely be disputing the bill. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day until reading the reviews. She is just a horrible doctor and human being and I would not recommend anyone to ever go to her clinic!!

Please avoid!!!! This dr office sucks. I am having niece pain in my postpartum and its insane , my pcp schedule with them . Befor ejust one day front desk called and said they do not have any documents so I have to call my dr or I cant visit. On the appointment day she is lying. Mentioned some name which I never been before

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE experiance!!!! I have NEVER heard of a medical office that says it's the patients responsibility to verify thier insurance for the visit. I was seen for a consultation and was told it was covered. And they made me a visit for a nerve conduction test a week later. When I went in to get the test done the medical assistant told me that she just received a message stating it was not covered! And then she told me that it's my responsibility to verify and get the approval for the appointment and test !!?? I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HEARD OF THAT! And I just got a bill from them for $447.00 For the consultation visit !! The visit only was me giving her my symptoms!!! That was it !! My insurance is ambetter and I have NO out of pocket cost but my premium! The medical assistant was very RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND DOSEN'T DO HER JOB! The doctors name that I was seen by is Elizabeth Samuel, MD. Becareful of this medical practice !! Everyone there are doctors that will do their jobs and so will their medical assistants. SO BE AWARE SO THIS WONT HAPPEN TO YOU!!!
