If you are a tanker bring food and drink for possible overnight stay. My clock ran out while unloading and I did a Yard Move to leave plant. I did my 10 hour break parked on road outside plant. The best place to park is along Dove Creek Trail. You will be waiting a long time. I was waiting for 8 hours but other drivers much longer. Once they call you in it's pretty simple. Pull straight in to unload and back out into the road when done. My load was a flammable hazmat and I had to do a pump off. They supply the pump and a single hose. If it doesn't reach your trailer then you must provide additional hoses. The people there are helpful and friendly. They do the best they can to get you unloaded but it's very busy. Be patient!!!

Paperwork a little slow but easy in/out, scale on site, efficient loading for tankers and personal were very nice

I usually give all the company’s 5 stars because I typically only review to help out the next driver, however I pushed that doorbell to get assistance 4 times. Each time I made the doorbell ring longer and longer. Employee answers the door and there is 4 other employees right there. I can also hear them through the door. Now for the helpful part. Door bell is near the stop sign. I had to walk around the building to find it. They are cool with trucks parking near the building and if you turn left after the customer there is a larger street. Several trucks lined up.
