Arirang Korean Restaurant

Ive been here at least 5 times, the main dish, the anchovy noodle soup, is always good and what kept me coming back. Unfortunately, everything else about this restaurant is mediocre at best. Customer service is not good, my friend had ordered dumplings which did not come out with the order, and upon asking for them was met with a snappy response from the lady who I assume is the owner, and a couple replies back and forth later she finally admitted the dumplings werent served yet. Side dishes were not included with my entree and I had to ask for them. Side dishes are severely lacking compared to any you could get at any other comparable Korean restaurant. The place isnt exactly clean either, my friends commented on the not clean utensils and had to wipe them down before using, and the worst part of the dine in experience is there were flies flying around the place, some of which proceeded to land on the dumplings my friend ordered, prompting him to not eat them and have to take them home to reheat.

Great food. The soup with chicken broth was fresh. The kimchi dumping delicious and the dumpling mun outstanding.
