        Khadir was helpful, friendly and willing to explain the services he was providing. He also promptly corrected drainage issue. My only concerns are with the prices of 'upsold' services. adding surge protection to main unit ~$500 adding a/c condenser current draw limiter also ~$500 Service: Heating maintenance

        Alfredo was awesome! We're new homeowners and didn't know much of what we were doing. We knew there was a problem with the AC that the one year warranty wouldn't cover (Ie. They kept putting off replacing things until critical failure) so it was incredibly refreshing when Alfredo showed up and presented all the options and gave us enough information to understand this new process. I genuinely appreciate his customer service and highly respect his knowledge base. I highly recommend him. Services: AC maintenance, AC repair
