The definition of crooked is dishonest or illegal (a crooked business deal).
Synonyms: dishonest, unscrupulous, unprincipled, untrustworthy. My experience with this contractor was great until it came time for him to pay the invoice. We (KAT Fabricators) did the work in May 2015 and have made numerous attempts to collect the balance. I have emailed, called his office, cell, etc and have not even received a response to let me know he may need more time to pay the invoice. So this contractor is exactly what you could call a crooked business. Dishonest, unscrupulous, unprincipled and untrustworthy. Proceed with caution before using this guy or you could end up like us.
