Sherri Avanzini and Paula Maass ROCK! They stuck with me for over a year trying to find a place for my son and I to live and never gave up. Their advise was always timely and invaluable. I wouldn't be where I am today with out them. I may not have been their most difficult client, but I'm sure I was a challenge. Their communication was awesome and I was never in any doubt that they weren't in my corner, working as hard as they could for me. It made me feel like I was their only client. Cheryl Cabanski went to bat for me as well on several occasions when the seller was being difficult. I couldn't and wouldn't ask for a better team of ladies! I consider them much more than just agents, I consider them friends and that goes along way in my book. I can't say enough good about them all. I will, (and have) refer them to anyone who asks about the best real estate people I know. I'll even refer them to people who don't ask! ;-) If you need to find a home, or sell one, call these ladies. You won't be disappointed!

Awsome experience!!!! Stephanie Lyon worked her butt off for us to get the perfect home! The process was flawless from option to closing, even with the bumps in the road she made it seem like we had luxury suspension. She was also super personable and relatable and very attentive to our needs when necessary. I highly recommend Stephanie for anyone looking to buy or sell a home if you would like it to be an enjoyable process!

Stephanie Lyon used some of the most vile language I have ever seen in a Mansfield Talk and Share FB forum. How disgraceful as a realtor that she would use such foul language on a comment. I have screen shotted everything she posted and have sent it to Top Texas Realty. If youre going to be in the public service do not use such nasty language in a public forum. I truly hope Top Texas Realty takes action!
