Looks like they are just price gouging. Charging 7k over msrp on a used vehicle, then adding another 2k for “reconditioning “ the used vehicle with 10k miles. What happened to honest fair dealerships?

My wife and I were shopping around for a new Pilot and know some other folks who have had a good experience with Burleson Honda. We went and saw Douglas Taylor, and we weren’t disappointed. Douglas did a phenomenal job helping us through the process, and he was not pushy at all like other salesmen at other dealerships. Our vehicle had to be retrieved from another Honda dealership in the area, and Douglas picked it up for us the same day we bought it so that we could have it the next morning. Douglas has even reached out several times after we purchased our new Pilot to ensure we were still happy with our purchase. Working with him was a great experience, and we will certainly go back to see him when we are shopping for new vehicles again. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I would certainly go see Douglas Taylor!

My husband and I had been to 3 or 4 other dealerships before finally making our way out to Burleson Honda. I was initially contacted by Doug Taylor about coming in to look at a Pilot (that we ultimately ended up purchasing). Heads the process so easy and go completely smooth. He goes WAY ABOVE and beyond what any other sales associate that we’ve ever come across. He doesn’t make you feel pressured or uncomfortable like other places can. He gave my husband and I time and space to discuss the vehicle and by the end of the sale, we felt confident not only in our purchase but in giving the sale to Doug. The whole process was wrapped up from start to finish within a couple of hours and there were no hiccups because of Doug and Kris. Better than that, he follows up even after the purchase to ensure that you enjoy your new vehicle and see if any service or issues need to be addressed. He has really good communication and sales skills. I will be referring more of my friends to him/Burleson Honda for sure. Doug and Kris, we are so grateful for all of your help in making the whole process an enjoyable one. We loved being able to give y’all a sale. Love the hospitality we felt from the second we walked I !
