called and ordered 2 arrangements for a funeral one was supposed to be a 100.00 arrangement and it was horrible with just daisies and carnations, alstroemeria that was dead front and greenery. I called the shop to complain and all they did was credit my card 16 dollars. I was very unhappy with the shop.

They did the flowers for my wedding 17 years ago, and they were perfect. I use them every year for my mom's birthday. They are kind and easy to work with, and the flowers are always beautiful.

I ordered flowers and they were delivered within 2 hours. What really made the experience so special was that I spoke to someone in the store by phone, and informed them of my bad experiences with ordering flowers from another store in the past. They made the arrangement look incredible and were able to drop them off at the recipient's work, when I had only given their home address. Burleson Flowers went above and beyond to make our day. Thank you so much!

These people are rude and heartless. I'm out of town trying to make this day special for my wife. They were only concerned about people in the store and didn't want to waste there time on me. They even told me to call Kelly's flowers in everman. So I did and they were extremely helpful. She told me how busy they were and people standing in line. But they helped me for ten minutes untill my order was completed. I called back to Burleson flowers to thank them for the referral and she was excited to hear I took my business somewhere else. She even added a little sarcasm.
