Refuse to fix gates, month long and counting wait to repair oven, and now theft of wheels and tires of my car. Management takes no accountability and refuses to do anything. Rent anywhere else Update, management is now attempting to block reviews to avoid people hearing the truth. Disgraceful, maybe if they fixed issues they wouldn't have to worry about negative reviews

Gates are and have been broken for a long time. There were a few cars got rims and tires stolen off of them last week. This isnt the first time either

Found this near my building. Apparently when we sign our lease they can enter your apartment if someone else in your building smells like marijuana. They have the right to enter your home without needing your permission?? Ive already had issues with the maintenance trying to go into my apartment when I was not there thank goodness I have a dog. Hes friendly but his bark always stopped them and then forced them to call me before entering.

(TL;DR, a glittery misery.) The following is my experience. Initially 5-star-blissful, a B-team management company arrived that outsources so much that it loses track of financials, registrations, and basic control-- residents keep having to rectify to avoid eviction/towing. I vouch for reviews of service fees without services rendered, gates open/broken all the time, assurances forgotten, inconsistent enforcements, and the sudden resident demographic shift during 2023 to potheads, public drunks, screaming lunatics, etc. Poor grounds management includes prolifically scattered pet waste, unfilled holes from dead landscaping, waterloggedgrounds from rain (remember the pet waste?), and mushrooms galore. My building settled so much that doors sometimes LOUDLY creaked open on their own (wake up to that!), plumbing ran ever-slower both in and out, repeated rain infiltration rotted my perimeter walls (oh the smell), and buckled crevices outside harbored endless insects. Days-old garbage bags weeping in the breezeways attracted swarms of flies. Amenities appeared neglected, like agame room of broken/lost stuff, two iffy pools (IF clean, IF open, IF filled!), a sparse/broken gym, and a volleyball pit basically left to nature. All for nearly $1000/bedroom. Pros: new appliances worked great, low A/C bills.

Not safe! Last night 4 dodge challengers had their tires stolen and the cars left on cinder blocks! The gates have been fixed several times and within the first week broken again. There use to be a complaint feature on the app. They removed it! This is obviously a sign that even the thing that bother the tenants will be ignored! Live here if you like driving your car on its rotors! On top of it this is not the first time. Totally worth the 1.7k your going to be paying monthly for rent!
