Great staff and quiet neighborhood. Sauna room would be nice or rain fall showers, but rent is fair and needs are met very quickly. Would highly recommend if you are trying to stay away from crackheads

I lived here from 2012-2015. My only gripe was towards the end of 2014, our apartment kept getting flooded with sewage from someone flooding their bathroom and it backing up into the sewer system of the lower apts. other than that I had no other problems. I loved the fact that they allowed small and large dogs. I saw every breed that other apts declared aggressive and never had a problem. To the person on here that claims to be targeted, EVERY apt wants your dog on a leash and being watched by you at all times. I just hope they havent changed their pet policy too much because I find myself moving back to the area and am looking for an apt.

The management is nice, and rent is pretty fair, but everything is old. They use the cheapest stuff they can find and its constantly breaking due to age. They try to keep things looking nice, but there is only so much they can do with an owner that only cares about what he can put in their wallet. They have gates. But they barely function half the time so theyre hardly ever closed. The public dryer and washer are also cheap, and barely function. Even the new ones they put in were just as bad as the old...they only really work in the coldest temp setting You can bring your own if you want, but be warned, Burkburnett water is hard. Not even water filtration is viable because of the rate you'll be replacing the filters. Honestly, it's so bad that well water would be better. This facility desperately needs two maintenance guys instead of swamping the only one they have. He is here all day everyday (except weekends). The list of problems only grows despite his efforts. I worry for the day he quits or gets injured, because i feel things would definitely go down hill. I feel he is the one and last regular maintenance guy this place will have. The other thing that I'd gripe is the fact the place is (along with the rest of the WF area) is plum full of stickers. You cannot walk without filling your shoes with em. It's terrible for dogs too. I give 4 stars because all this is not the fault of the landlord or the maintenance guy. I know if they had final say in anything things would be in better shape. One last gripe is that there isn't a lot of parking. That being said, it isnt a terrible place to live. Very dog friendly (they allow most if not all breeds), super fast internet (fiber), and it's fairly nice despite its age problems. Lots of Military folk as well.
