Groves is a quiet mobile home community. We lived there just shy of two years and had to move due to work. We loved our home and it was so nice and neatly kept for an older house. Rent was very affordable for the size of the home. The owner and manager were so helpful and efficient when making repairs when needed. We never had any issues with any of our neighbors and always felt safe. I hope the next person to move into the house takes care of it the way we did.

Lived there for over a year and was sad to leave. Quiet area, never saw pests or anything suspicious. I don't recall police being called out there during my stay either. Nice place to live. Management really stays on top of things. Fair owners. All good people.

This place is a dump. Slumlord, named Wade. Well do whatever he can to not do repairs or maintenance on property. Rent moved up and down without notice. Trailers are falling apart and he decides the front of the office (which is where he lives) need to be redone and painted. Meanwhile, the floors in the trailers are rotting out and health hazards all over the trailers.
