        I had a slab leak. Capps was referred to me by a family friend. Art and Julio arrived and were very sympathetic to my problem. There was no time wasted in identifying the problem and no upselling. The job was completed perfectly and at a fraction of what I was anticipating.         C.A.P.P.S. did a FANTASTIC job repairing my water heater! After trying 3 other companies over a month's time, one wouldn't respond to voicemail left, one made an appointment and then didn't show and the third tried to up-sell me and wanted to charge over 3X what C.A.P.P.S. charged, I called and they responded within 24 hours of the original call! C.A.P.P.S. stands for Courteous, Affordable, Professional Plumbing Services and I can attest to every word! I will not only use them again in the future but will recommend them to my friends! Service: Water heater repair
