        Waited 3.5 hours for a simple drug screen. Some staff was nicer and apologetic than others but they should prioritize getting patients timely care instead of profit. What they lack is enough staff. Plain and simple.

        Completely unorganized, 5 hour wait for a physical, lack of communication, would not recommend.. would be faster to drive to Houston.
