Well today I did not purchase a policy, but I was helped out very much. When I went in I didn't really know what coverages I had, but the two agents at 1 stop really helped me out today. They explained, not only the basic liability, but also all other coverages I could get. Anything from uninsured/underinsured, to personal injury protection was explained. The quote they provided me with was very low as well. I'll be back for sure. Very friendly environment, also quick service!

Worst employees there!!! And sooo rude!!! No manners what so ever just to ask a question on the phone they put me on hold for 15 minutes and never got on the line 😡

Most HORRIBLE PLACE EVER!!!! i went in there today and it took them almost an hour to get my quote, also a lady i guess she was an manger (she shouldn't be a manager) she was ordering Fajitas on the phone and they barely opened their doors! I remembered my mom also having a horrible experience with this lady. This lady was suppose to take me off my mothers policy and what she actually did was cancel her whole entire policy. Well she didn't know until 2 months later ( yes she drove without insurance for 2 months) and then they sent a thing in the mail asking if she was going to get back on with them. And she was upset of coarse and she tried to fix it and they said they will have to charge i think 100$ to reactivate it and she was like wow its yalls fault so why do i have to pay it?! and she had to in the end bc that was the only cheapest place she knew of. In the end this manager was on her Facebook she was talking to other people when she needed to be focusing and not on her Facebook with who ever. I understand if there was nothing to do and no customers but there was a lot of people.........I went to Fred Loya in Bryan Tx and they were excellent, professional, and kind. Also their quotes took only 15 mins the most and she did 5 different quotes (amazing). The onestop is horrible at everything they are doing and i hope someone could investigate them bc they are stealing everyones money........FRED LOYA IS THE WAY TO GO!!!!!! :) ............ #THIS IS THE ONE PLACE YOU DONT WANT TO STOP AT....................ONESTOP SUCKS!!!! >:/
