image My son and his wife rented a room here for a few days . They went out to eat and his suitcase and boots were stolen from the room right next to the lobby. ( No force entry) When he went to confront the office staff they said there was no access to the cameras. That he owner was out of the country. My son called the police and filed a police report, once the police got there they said he had to leave and rent else where. He was told of Sammy she would not refund his money for the rest of the days and thats it but once the police got there she had no choice but to refund it. Im really hoping the owner see this and contacts me.

Good afternoon I deeply apologize for what you experienced during your stay. As speaking with the staff at the property and the Local PD, I was made aware of the incident. I first off want to take fully responsibility for the camera access it is something we been working on getting fixed. With that being said I also was told your son belongs were next to his car. It could be due to the disagreement your son and his wife were having they left their belongings outside or she took them when he asked her to leave. Either way no one else had access to the room nor entered the room. It is our policy to ask guest to leave if we feel guest are being disruptive to the other guest. We delt with it since the point of check in and it only become worst as the night went on. So please understand it was not about the items just the safety of our guest and everyone getting a peaceful nights rest. Again I wish things were different and we must consider all guest. I hope you understand. Thank you for staying with us and we hope you all nothing but the best.Sure Stay Management
