My mother and I love this place. It's healthy, they have great wraps, and the best smoothies I have ever had. We're going back tonight. Pretty good service. Only complaint was our table was uneven.

Slow service, overpriced for what you get, and the lettuce was wilted. I am happy to pay $9 for a gourmet and fresh baguette sandwich, but it was neither. The bread, advertised as a baguette, was not. Instead it was hoagie bread. Very little meat and after eating half the sandwich, I noticed that the lettuce was wilting quite a bit (see photo). The only thing that made the sandwich gourmet was the pesto sauce. The lentil soup was okay, but nothing special. After waiting in the drive-thru for a long time and being the only customer, this was a great disappoinent. I will not be back. To the owner, please speed up your service and learn what a gourmet baguette sandwich is and make sure your employees toss the wilted lettuce. Also the name, Kaero, makes you think it's going to be Japanese food. You should pick a new business name or better advertise what you're selling. Your competition is Jason's Deli and so far they easily win.
