HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE One of the worst services. The staff, doctors and administrators are rude and irresponsible... They never sent my medications and if they did, they did it wrong or they sent it to other pharmacies and they never accepted the mistake, and despite making them see their mistake, they wanted me to believe that it was impossible that they made a mistake. I am Hypertensive and every medical assistant who saw me, in that place changed my medications to their knowledge, depending on why their partner was unwell... And they never referred me to other specialist doctors that I needed. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

The de is ok but the staff is the worst i have ever experienced they are super rude and disrespectful they never have a straight answer and leave you on hold so you get bored and dont call again and if you go to the office and they dont like what you tell them they just close the window on your face also never send the medication prescription to the pharmacy you have to keep calling them over and over to remind them the waiting time is terrible 4 to 5 hours

My mom went to this doctor with her client. The doctor took 4 hours and when she asked why it took so long the doctor and nurse both replied if you dont like it you can always go somewhere else. Really unprofessional as a health professional when their main job is to help others. We understand that doctors offices get hectic but that should not have been their response. Definitely would not recommend.
