        Literally the worst most disorganized dentist ever! I was rescheduled 4 times in a row, the 4th time they didn't bother calling me or leaving a voice-mail. I showed up and one extremely rude and condescending short blonde receptionist came out saying they where closed. She was very adamant I had been called and left a vm. When I explained theu hadn't she continued to say yes and basically called me a liar. As a working woman with a Monday through Friday job you can see how being rescheduled 4 times in a row becomes a problem. The receptionist stated I can always seek braces elsewhere seeing that I wasn't happy with the constant cancelation. Even trying to call them is a nightmare because it's a call center and they arnt aware when the dentist is on vacation. One of those 4 times I was scheduled by the call center who had no idea they where closed. NEVER AGAIN.

        I wanted to vent up. This place is Nextdoor Right now a lot complains. There is only one surgeon to take care a lot patients. I was scheduled at 1:30 PM and still waiting to call into the room and wait there for another hour. I have anxiety and the doctor is not cooperative. He just sent me home every time I seem not ready for the procedure. This has been going on Since December 2023. Today is march 23. You do the math. Nextdoor, Facebook and instagram had so many complains that I didnt believe. I wanted to give a chance. Nope. Didnt work for me either. The only positive is the front desk staff and the dental assistant.

        Very rude and condescending staff. I was told I needed braces, even though other dentists have told me I have straight teeth. When I mentioned this to the assistant, he responded "oh yea? let me see your teeth..." I showed him, and he started laughing super loud and obnoxiously. "REALLY?? THEY TOLD YOU THAT YOU HAD STRAIGHT TEETH??!!! LET ME SEE AGAIN!" and then started laughing at me some more. Don't bother with this place.
