I have been going to frontera since high school. Up until recently I hadn’t had a problem. At my last appointment three months ago I gave the lady at the desk my insurance card. At the end of my appointment they tried to say I owed several hundred dollars because I hadn’t filed on insurance. Then the same front desk lady handed me my insurance card. I told them I would pay my copay but I refused to pay any more. Then today (I had standing appointments for both myself and my son) I arrive at our appointment time only for them to inform me I was not in their system and that I would have to reschedule. I asked how I wasn’t in their system when I have been coming to them for years and the lady just shook her head. I informed them I would make an appointment somewhere where they treated their patients better and were able to keep track of things. I have never been more disappointed in a business and I will not be returning. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. If you choose to go to Frontera, then I wish you the best of luck and I hope they don’t lose your information one day.
