    This was an okay store at first to go to, but a few of the very helpful and intelligent staff were let go and now I cannot see myself going to buy even ammo there anymore. Their selection was never THAT GOOD, especially for budget starter guns or even decent SIGs, if only they could keep some nice stuff there on display I think more people would buy from them. Since a lot of there staff left recently the ones that are there now are kind of difficult to hold a conversation with and don't seem to know much of any how the business runs. If you need help with your current arms then I think they are okay, but for ammo or buying a gun look elsewhere!

    To understand my rating let me explain what I expect. I can go to any of a half dozen online stores to purchase a firearm. I went to these guys with the expectation that even though I would still have to order the gun i wanted, they would be the middle man and help me if there was a problem with the purchase. I wasn't expecting miracles, just good customer service if there was a problem. I went to the store and sat down with Don to order the pistol I wanted, but unknown to me he ordered the wrong one. Ok, so maybe that was my fault and maybe it was his, but he ordered the pistol with the heavier trigger pull (meant for the state of MA). When I went back to see about getting some help, I was told, "call Walther". So this is where I felt like customer service went out the window. I would have expected them to say, "..let me get on the phone to them and see if we can figure out what happened." And then when we figured it out, they should have said, "Sir, let us order you the right part to resolve the issue and we'll put it in at our cost and cut you a deal on replacing the disconnector." (I ordered it and replaced it myself... well actually my son and I did and it took us 30 minutes and we are not gunsmiths by any means) The point is that they could have ordered the part, resolved the issue and replaced the part in 20 minutes, and they would have had a customer for life because they took care of the issue for me. They're not mean or rude or anything like that, they just have no customer service skills that I can see. I won't be back. I was going to give them 1 star but that seems a bit strong.
