MaryPat, it sounds as if you are proud of yourself. Are you proud of this floral delivery your company made? (see photo)  As you can see, it had old roses that were fully opened with torn and dried brown edges on the petals and with VERY unattractive common weeds as the filler. The "Spring Tradition" arrangement that I thought I ordered from your website showed an example that was full and consisted of fresh florist quality flowers. What I stated was FACT and what was delivered is totally unacceptable and a SAD representation to have given to ANYONE! It belonged in the TRASH and you know it too! Tell me, do you think anyone would have paid $57 for this pile of garbage???? Your adding the caption "Design May Vary" to your photo does not give carte blanche to deliver a handful of weeds. This ordeal has caused me much distress and I had to immediately order something of quality for replacement. After many messages asking you to do the right thing and issue a refund, you still have not. You instead felt it necessary to reply to my review in a failed attempt to distract from what you've done and even try to shift the blame to me! I'll have you know, it's only slander if it's not true and what I stated about this horrible transaction is 100% TRUE!! You were given countless chances to issue a refund, but you have not and so more of my time was wasted opening a fraud investigation at my bank for this bad order that I wish I had never made.

***BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD BUSINESS!!!!*** THEY DELIVERED OLD, UGLY WEEDS TO MY FRIEND! I PAID FOR A BEAUTIFUL, FLORIST QUALITY BOUQUET TO CHEER UP A FRIEND WHO IS RECOVERING FROM AN INJURY AND THEY GAVE HER SOMETHING THAT BELONGED IN THE TRASH! THIS WAS VERY UPSETTING AND EMBARRESSING, BECAUSE I WOULD NEVER GIVE TRASH AS A GIFT TO ANYONE. OBVIOUSLY, THE NEW OWNER'S HAVE NO MORALS AND ARE MISERABLY FAILING AT RIDING ON THE COATTAILS OF THIS COMPANY NAME THAT THE PREVIOUS OWNER BUILT UP. THEY NEED TO BE SHAMED PUBLICLY! IN THE FEW YEARS SINCE HER DEATH, THEY HAVE TORN DOWN HER COMPANY NAME WITH THEIR CON ARTIST FRAUDS! THEY COUNT ON YOU NOT ASKING FOR A PICTURE OF THE DELIVERY THAT YOU PAID FOR, SO THEY CAN DELIVER GARBAGE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS CON ARTIST WITH NO TASTE!!! BUY IT YOURSELF AT HEB AND DELIVER IT YOURSELF! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!

***beware of this fraud business!!!!***  they delivered old, ugly weeds to my friend! i paid for a beautiful, florist quality bouquet to cheer up a friend who is recovering from an injury and they gave her something that belonged in the trash! this was very upsetting and embarressing, because i would never give trash as a gift to anyone. obviously, the new owner's have no morals and are miserably failing at riding on the coattails of this company name that the previous owner built up. they need to be shamed publicly! in the few years since her death, they have torn down her company name with their con artist frauds! they count on you not asking for a picture of the delivery that you paid for, so they can deliver garbage! save your money and stay away from this con artist with no taste!!! buy it yourself at heb and deliver it yourself! never ever again!!!!!
