I had a fantastic experience with HCWS from start to finish. After purchasing a new home and dealing with many walk up water sales reps we called HCWS. They answered the phone on the first ring, this was a relief after contacting many other entities and getting no answer, callbacks and voicemails. HCWS had a representative over the same day and they arrived promptly within the time frame given, very nice. Their rep arrived in a company truck and in uniform, very professional, opposite of what we had dealing with in our new neighborhood. Dave was informative and extremely knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell me anything, we simply discussed my water and how a treatment system would help. After discussing our options we decided this was the company we wanted to move forward with. There was no fluff or pressure to upsell, he was down to earth and upfront about our needs. When installation of our product occurred, they arrived early and were done in about an hour. What a treat for a contractor to arrive when and before they said they would. The product work perfectly and we immediately noticed a difference in the quality of our water. It was pleasure doing business with them, they are a great local company and if any further water needs pop up I will surely be giving them my business. Highly recommend. Thank you HCWS.
