Madero Heating & Air started a job for me last year July 6, 2014 an entire year later, the job is still incomplete. Once they get their money, that's IT!!!! I have to go to court to get it completed or return some of my money for the unfinished work, they treated me well before I signed my name to an over charged unit of $5000.00 for a mobile home, after that, they treat you like dirt! Totally unsatisfied with this company, DO NOT HIRE THEM TO WORK IN YOUR HOME!

I hired this company to install a new HAVC system and insulate my attic. It would seem I had absolutely no insulation over my bedroom. I had complained that the bedroom was too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. Now it is just the opposite and I can't live with it it is so bad. There is almost no air flow to the kitchen which is near the thermostat. When you cook it makes the AC run and run and cools the bedroom to 10 degrees cooler than the rest of the house and the kitchen in horrid hot. I've lived ere for almost 30 years and had hoped that redoing the ducts would give me even cooling and clean air. Instead I have a home that is very uncomfortable and a very unhappy wife. The last time I called the company they didn't even return my call. I wish they would call me and fix this. The installer they sent may know how to do the equipment, but he sure didn't understand ductwork. I'm afraid I'm going to have to spend more money to get another company to come fix this before I wind up losing my wife over this mess. I'd say maybe to replace a system they are OK. I got a good price, but a good price doesn't make up for the mess I was left with and the problems I have ongoing.

They came out July 6, 2014 to replace both inside and outside units to my mobile home. They took the aluminum from the closet enclosing the inside of the unit in my home and never replaced it, leaving the unit exposed making my home unsightly, they stained my carpet by putting the old unit directly on my carpet and of course now, a full year later will not return my calls. They took the money and did a half A#@ job! I am totally dissatisfied and will now have to see them in court. Karyl Jones

Do not use this company. Any good reviews coming from people owner knows. They owe me $4,999 from double credit payment. Do not answer phone. "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"

August 2014 Don't waste your time calling this company. I called them twice and spoke to a female who appeared to be so preoccupied with other tasks she was not listening to my request for service and kept asking me to repeat myself. Both times she informed me she would check their schedule and call me back with a date they could make it to my house to check my AC unit. To this day (3 days later) no one has returned my phone calls. I'm assuming they don't need new customers or business. I won't be calling them again or refereeing this business to anyone I know.
