Taco Bell

I live close to the TB on Central but due to the numerous disappointments I often to go to the TB further away. Tonight my wife, who happens to be sick, requested that I pick up dinner for the family and asked if I would please go to the one closest to our home. I arrived at TB at 9:30 (drive through) and was told that they could not serve me since they close at ten .For a second I thought this was a joke, but it wasn't, they were the words of an over zealous employee to finish her duties and go home, Again, I am extremely disappointed in the poor service at this particular location. I will rant and rave and use all social networks to discourage others from experiencing this at this particular location. It woud benefit the managers to inform their employees that without the customer neither them, nor their subordinates have jobs.
